Returns Policy

If you should have a problem with any purchase, please email us or call 800-228-7346. If you should find it necessary to return anything, a copy of the procedure to follow is included with your invoice.

All claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

Before you return anything, you must obtain a return authorization number. Unauthorized or COD returns will be refused.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of date of receipt, without return authorization, or without an invoice. Absolutely no returns after 120 days, regardless of reason, unless covered by an extended warranty.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on certain items.

Auto Krafters’s liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. Installation labor or shipping charges are not refunded.

Electrical parts are not returnable once installed. We will replace defective parts only.


There is a $16.95 flat shipping fee that will be added to ALL INTERNET ORDERS within the continental US and shipped via UPS or FedEx only. Oversized and special items may require additional charges such as truck freight fees or a box fee. You will be notified of any of these charges before your order is shipped. Please note that your order must be placed and fully processed online (not phoned in, mail order or faxed, even if using the PDF order form). Please note that if you print your order from the online order form and mail it to us with a money order or check, it is NOT considered an INTERNET ORDER. Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx within the continental US. Please furnish a complete street address, as UPS cannot deliver to a post office box number. We reserve the right to ship extra-heavy or oversize shipments (hoods, fenders, and quarter panels, for example) via freight collect.

Please check all truck shipments for damage before signing the bill of lading. Once truck shipments are signed for, no claims can be made for damage.

Some parts require additional shipping charges. Fragile items, such as mouldings, will be shipped in PVC tubes and will require a $15 handling fee. All oversized items and some other fragile items including sheet metal will incur a $10 boxing fee where applicable. Please inquire about additional shipping charges when ordering.

All foreign orders (except Canada) must ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder. The customer is responsible for all arrangements with the forwarder, as well as all import duties, taxes, paperwork, customs brokerage fees, etc.
