Searching for Parts for Your Vehicle

To find a part specific to your vehicle, we recommend entering the type of part (example: "vent window weatherstrip") in the Keyword Search field at the top of the page, then selecting your fitment to filter the results. The Categories panel on the left should be used for generic searches only.

 

Creating an Account at Checkout

New customers can create an account from the Checkout page. However, if an account already exits under the email you are using, you will see a “cannot create customer” message. If this happens, instead of creating an account, try logging in. If you then see a message saying either the email or password is invalid, use the Forgot Password? link and set up a new password. Once you have the new password, try logging in again.

 

Credit Cards Accepted

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We are not able to accept other credit cards.

 

$16.95 Flat Shipping Fee

There is a $16.95 flat shipping fee that will be added to ALL INTERNET ORDERS within the continental US and shipped via UPS or FedEx only. Oversized and special items may require additional charges such as truck freight fees or a box fee. You will be notified of any of these charges before your order is shipped. Please note that your order must be placed and fully processed online (not phoned in, mail order, or faxed, even if using the PDF order form.) Please note that if you print your order from the online order form and mail it to us with a money order or check, it is NOT considered an INTERNET ORDER. If you have any questions, please contact us.

 

Taxes

If you are a tax-exempt customer, please note that we must have a copy of your tax exemption on file BEFORE you place an online order. We cannot refund taxes retroactively.

 

International Orders

We have revised our International Shipping Terms and Conditions.

Minimum shipping to Canada is $42.95.

Auto Krafters, Inc. no longer ships directly to any foreign country except Canada.

All other foreign customers should arrange their freight forwarder in advance of placing an order with Auto Krafters as you will need to know the freight forwarder’s address to complete the order. You should allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive at the forwarder’s address.

NOTE: The shipment may arrive at the forwarder in different packages on different days. You should arrange with your forwarder in advance to consolidate all your packages to save on final destination shipping.

All stated shipping charges for these orders are for shipping to your U.S.-based freight forwarder. You are responsible for all charges from your freight forwarder to you including shipping and applicable taxes and duties.

Sorry, but PayPal is no longer available as a payment option for international orders.

If your order contains back-ordered items, we will notify you of this so you can decide whether or not to keep the item on back-order, or to be refunded for back-ordered item so that your order can be shipped complete.

Please note that any special-order items such as door panels, radios, or carpet cannot be shipped internationally at this time due to the time it takes to fulfill orders. If you do have an item on your order that is a special-order item, we reserve the right to remove the item and refund your credit card.

If you do not currently use a freight-forwarder and need to employ the use of one, there are several options available. Please note that these are only recommendations and that Auto Krafters, Inc. does not endorse any freight-forwarder.

Exchanges and Returns

If you should have a problem with any purchase, please email us or call 800-228-7346. If you should find it necessary to return anything, a copy of the procedure to follow is included with your invoice. All claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours. Before you return anything you must obtain a return authorization number. Unauthorized or COD returns will be refused. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of date of receipt, without return authorization or without an invoice. Absolutely no returns after 120 days regardless of reason unless covered by an extended warranty. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on certain items. Auto Krafters liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. Installation labor or shipping charges are not refunded. Electrical parts are non-refundable once installed.

 

Back-Ordered Items

Due to the difficulty of keeping some items in stock, an item you ordered may be put on back-order for later delivery. Most back-ordered items can be shipped in 21 days. If you do not receive your back-ordered items within the time stated on your notification, please email us for a revised date.

 

Warranty Information

Most of the parts we carry are warrantied by the manufacturer. Most warranties range from 90 days to limited lifetime warranties. If you have a question about a warranty on a particular part, please give us a call at 1-800-228-7346 or email us.

 

Other Ford or Mercury Vehicles

We currently carry parts for later model Fords, but may not have a catalog available. Please use the search by vehicle method for your particular year and model of vehicle. The resulting list should give you a view of how many particular parts in each category are available.

 

Order Status

You will typically receive 3 emails regarding your order. The first is a notification that the order was submitted on our secure server. The second is a notification that we have retrieved the order from the secure server and preparing to ship. The third is a notification that the order has been invoiced / shipped.

  • The first email contains the list of items you ordered, including prices, and a shipping estimate.
  • The second email contains the list of items you ordered, including prices, a list of items on back-order (if any of your items are on back-order), an updated shipping estimate if available. If there has been a problem in completing your order (a typo on your credit card number for example) you will receive a request to help us resolve the problem – once the problem has been resolved, you will receive this “second” email.
  • The third email contains the list of items that have been shipped / invoiced, including prices. It shows the date the items were shipped / invoiced and the estimated delivery date. It also shows actual shipping costs. Sometimes because of back-ordered items, the order is split into two or more shipments – you will receive this “third” email for each of the shipments.


Please note that in times of high volumes of orders, processing and shipping may be delayed. In these times, Please note that all orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing, and 2 to 8 days for delivery depending on your shipping location for all in-stock items. Some items may be on back-order. You will be notified of any back-ordered items.

 

Offline Ordering

You may place your order offline by either calling us at 1-800-228-7346 (within the U.S.) or 540-896-5910 (outside the U.S.), or by downloading this order form PDF, filling it out, and mailing it to the address given.

NOTE: We use Ford-type part numbers on our site for reference only. Most parts listed are quality reproductions of the originals and are NOT genuine Ford.
