Fits 1960–72 Ford V8s with dual-point distributor, without vacuum advance.

This will NOT fit on engines with dual-point distributor with vacuum advance. If your vehicle has vacuum advance, see part number 1281DV.

Never change points again! This electronic ignition system by PerTronix® is easy to install and is immune to dirt, heat, oil, and moisture. Fits entirely inside the distributor for a stock look.

Includes necessary hardware and complete instructions that include an 800 tech line for additional help. 30-month limited warranty from the manufacturer.

NOTE: Ignition Power Relay number IPR-FORD is recommended for all Ford Ignitor® systems.

NOTE: Electrical parts are non-returnable once installed. We will replace defective units only.
